On average it takes about 5 minutes for users to complete this form. Incomplete booking requests will be deleted automatically after 60 minutes.

Before you book

Hire is charged per session, part day, whole day or full 24 hours, not by the hour. Sessions are morning 8am-1pm, afternoon 1pm-6pm and evening 6pm-midnight.
Kitchen use is included at no extra charge.
Colaton Raleigh village organisations and residents pay the reduced rate. Select that booking group and we will check it.
A projector and screen can be added for 15.00 a session.
Tables, chairs, crockery and a water boiler can be hired to take away for 24 hours, charged per item against a 20.00 deposit. Please ask the bookings secretary rather than booking here.
Every booking is a request. We will confirm availability and price as soon as we can.
